Warranty
Dear Customer:
Thanks for purchasing LOKLIK products. In order to protect your consumer rights and interests, please read this Warranty statement carefully.
This Warranty only applies to LOKLIK machine products.
Warranty Service
The Warranty period of your LOKLIK machine is one year from the date of purchase.
Machine Maintenance
In the event of malfunction within the Warranty period:
1.If your LOKLIK machine under regular use has malfunctioned and is diagnosed by LOKLIK as a poor product, we will exchange it with a new original one or a new machine functionally equivalent to the original;
2.If your LOKLIK machine under regular use has malfunctioned and is diagnosed by LOKLIK as functionally or components damaged, we will repair it free of charge with new original parts or new parts functionally equivalent to the original;
3.If the returned LOKLIK machine is diagnosed by LOKLIK as functionally normal and will not affect regular use, the refund/return request will be rejected.
4.LOKLIK machine is guaranteed for free maintenance within one year from the date of purchase, and LOKLIK accessories (such as heat press mat, Teflon sheet, etc.) are within three months from the date of purchase.
Attention:
1.Please use the original packaging or packaging with the same protection while returning the machine for recycling or repair.
2.If you need a Warranty service, please provide the Warranty card and purchasing invoice.
3.Once the Warranty card or purchasing invoice has been defaced, the Warranty is deemed invalid.
4.The Warranty card and purchasing invoice shall be reserved carefully and cannot be redeemed when lost.
This Warranty does not cover:
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, LOKLIK is not responsible for the Warranty in the following situations:
1.Malfunctions caused by improper use, maintenance, and storage by consumers;
2.Malfunctions caused by self-repair or dismantling by those who do not undertake the three-guarantee repair without the permission of our company.
3.Products that can continue to be used after repair when the Warranty expires;
4.Damage caused by force majeure.
5.Products with no Warranty card or purchasing invoice.
Meanwhile, LOKLIK disclaims all implied and legal warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The warranties that are allowed to be denied are for the duration of this Warranty.
