Return & refund policy
Thank you for shopping at LOKLIK. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@loklik.com, and we're here to help.
1.Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel the order and apply for a refund, please email us within 48 hours after payment, or it will be refused. Note: Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in a charge.
We do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason or returned packages without contact our support team.
If a customer insists on returning the product, please make sure the package must be in the same condition that you received it and unused ,the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs
2.Delivery Problems
* Failure to ship on time: If your order has not been shipped for more than 2 working days (seller's local time) and without any notice, please email us. We will deal with it according to the indemnity clause for delayed delivery.
* Non-updated shipping information for a long time: If the logistics information is not updated more than 15 days after you receive the tracking number, please email us in time. We will compensate you for 10% of the order amount and ensure delivery of this order.
* Lost package caused by carrier: If you haven’t received the package but it shows signed, please email us in time and provide relevant information to cooperate with the investigation. We will decide whether to reship the products according to the results.
3.Product Problems
Please email us with the relevant information within 7 days of delivery.
* Wrong products: If the products received differ from what you ordered, we will fully refund them based on the actual payment amount or reship the correct ones after you ship back the wrong products. (The received products shall be subject to the ones decided during the negotiation.)
* Damaged products: If products are damaged during delivery, we will fully refund them based on the actual payment amount or reship new ones after you ship back the damaged products.
* Lost products: If some products are lost during delivery, we will fully refund them based on the actual payment amount or reship them.
* Blemished products: If the received product has an appearance defect, we will compensate you or replace it according to the actual situation.
* Lost accessories: If some machine accessories are not shipped, we will reship them. If the newly launched product accessories are incomplete, we will replace the whole machine for you according to the actual situation.
4.Quality Problems
Please email us during the warranty period.
Non-artificial quality problems: If there are abnormal or faulty problems during usage, we will compensate you or repair them according to the actual situation. It is not within the scope of after-sales if customers cause the failures due to improper use, maintenance, and storage.
