Deliverable Areas

Only available in the U.S. contiguous 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands of U.S. Territories are not available for delivery.

About Delivery Address

1、Auto heat press machine is not supported to ship to P.O. Boxes address. The home address is required.
2、We have warehouses in New Jersey and Los Angeles. The shipment will be arranged depending on the in-stock quantity and your delivery address.
3、Please double-check the order in your cart and the delivery address to ensure everything is correct before placing an order.
4、If you need to change the delivery address or cancel the order, please contact us via email ( customerservices@loklik.com ) within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
5、For orders with the wrong address, such as the zip code and the city do not match, we will notify you via email. Please reply with the correct delivery address within seven business days. Otherwise, the order will be refunded by default. We are not responsible for undelivered and wrong-delivered orders.

Delivery Options and Freight Terms

1、We ship mainly through three carriers: USPS / FEDEX / UPS.

2、Delivery time: Your order will be delivered within 48 hours after placing the order. Please note the delivery will be postponed to the next business day in case of a holiday.
3、Please allow 3-10 days for delivery.

Tracking Order

1、After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.
2、Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you can track the status of your order.
3、If the order shows signed but not received, please contact us at support@loklik.com within 7 days of the delivery recommended by the carriers. Otherwise, we will not assume any responsibility.
4、If the product has any damage when you receive it, or the product inside is missing, please contact us at support@loklik.com immediately when receiving the package with the order number and relative pictures / or a video.

Attention please

In order to get the package to the customer as quickly as possible, some orders will be split into 2 packages and shipped.
Especially for machine orders, don't worry if you only receive part of the order, it could be because your order has been split into several packages and shipped from other warehouses that have stock.
If you have not received another package for a long time, please contact us by email, let us know the order number, we will reply to you as soon as possible!
